We prepare grant paperwork, cost diversification options and set out succession choices so that you can decide. That is advisory and administrative work, not regulated financial advice, not legal advice and not a land agency service.
We do not sign declarations in your name, we do not keep your books and we do not act as your valuer. Where a job needs a solicitor, an accountant or an RICS valuer, we say so rather than have a go.
A kitchen-table session is £180 for three hours. An SFI application is £390, a diversification appraisal £550 and a succession planning day £690. Mileage beyond forty miles of Shrewsbury is charged at 45p a mile, agreed before the visit.
Tell us the day before and there is nothing to pay. Later than that, or if nobody is in when we arrive, half the fee stands. If we have to move a visit you choose between another date and a full refund.
That field data, SBI details and figures you give us are current. We work from what is in front of us and cannot verify whether a parcel has been re-mapped or an agreement varied since.
No application is guaranteed to succeed and no payment rate is promised: the scheme rules are set by government and change. Our liability for any one piece of work is limited to the fee paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which the law does not allow us to limit.
As a consumer you have fourteen days to cancel. If you asked us expressly to start sooner and the work is already under way, the part completed remains payable.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We are not members of an alternative dispute resolution scheme; complaints come straight to us and we deal with them ourselves.
The first call costs nothing and takes about fifteen minutes. If the job is really one for your accountant or your land agent, we will say so and point you at the right door.
