There is no form on this website, so nothing arrives unless you send it. That leaves your name, the email address or number you used, and what you asked about.
Once work starts we see more: your SBI, field parcel numbers, agreement paperwork, and sometimes management accounts. Those stay in one folder that is closed when the job ends.
Answering an enquiry and arranging a visit are steps taken at your request before a contract, Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR. Keeping the invoice afterwards is a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c).
An enquiry that goes no further is deleted after twelve months. Where work was done, the file and the invoice are kept seven years, because that is how far back HMRC can ask.
Our email provider, as a processor under a written agreement. Nobody else. We only deal with the Rural Payments Agency on your behalf where you have given written authority naming us, and that authority can be withdrawn at any time.
The pictures on this site load from images.unsplash.com and the typefaces from Google Fonts. Delivering those files means your IP address reaches those servers. We set no tracking cookies and receive nothing back about you.
A copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy. An email is enough and you will have an answer within a month. If that answer will not do, complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow SK9 5AF.
No profiling, no automated decisions, no newsletter, no selling of lists. Farm data is commercially sensitive and it does not leave this office.
The first call costs nothing and takes about fifteen minutes. If the job is really one for your accountant or your land agent, we will say so and point you at the right door.
